01 WHAT IS IT

What a venue operating system is

Your venue has an operating system too

Before the smartphone, every key on a phone did one fixed thing. iOS arrived and suddenly there could be an unlimited number of apps. Venues work the same way. You used to run five disconnected products — register, memberships, ordering, parking, lighting — none of which talked to each other. Now each is an app on Daboshi, sharing one ledger, one member record, one set of permissions.

03 EDGE

Open for business, network or not

Basement pool halls, late-night game rooms — an unreliable connection is not an edge case here, it is the norm.

There is a small box of your own inside the venue, and everything is written there first. Pull the cable and you can still open tables, close tabs, switch lights and print receipts. When the network is back, the night’s transactions sync themselves to the cloud — as if nothing had dropped.

04 AI

AI floor manager — run the room without standing in it

You are away on holiday. You ask your phone what today looks like, and the AI answers: “¥2,380 through 6pm; table 3 has had someone on it since three.”

Send the AI a sentence and it checks your takings, your footfall, how long any table has been running. The AI only reads — it never acts. Your venue stays yours.
